As our brands grew, and the number of users of Super Landing Shop Platform, we realized how
logistics impact the running of an e-commerce business. In 2018, in partnership with Super Landing
Re-Yi Distributions, we established X-Delivery Logistics, a logistics information platform based on
our own operational experience. It consolidates receipt, dispatch, label printing, and SMS tracking
functions, and interfaces seamlessly with Super Landing, Shopee, and a number of other Taiwanese
online shopping platforms, allowing the effective gathering of storage and logistics data such as
package dispatch numbers, package refusal numbers, and stock storage and disposal numbers.
Economical, user friendly and intuitive, it allows for better efficiency of the packaging team.

it seamlessly integrates the two systems. Convenience store orders can be sent with one
click, and allow for quick label printing. Combined with parcel pick up services, it
simplifies the package dispatch procedure significantly, maximizing effectiveness and
minimizing costs.

After the parcels have been dispatched, the system will automatically update the
delivery status, keeping an eye on the progression of the parcel, and offer a monthly
consolidated report with all the relevant data.

based on the ‘estimated delivery time’, a notification can be sent for parcels that have
yet to be collected by the customers, or, use the automated notification function, and
parcels that arrive at the pick-up points will automatically trigger a notification and
notify the customer for pick-up.
